A family owned hotel, breakfast was excellent. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, particularly Jalal u Din always very helpful.

The hotel staff were wonderful, in particular the hotel manager, and all his team, they were extremely helpful and respectful. Me and my family had a great time, the breakfast was delicious and many choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Istanbul.

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in with outstanding staff and perfect location , my family and I booked three rooms and unfortunately my brother who stay in one of the rooms had a emergency situation and he had to travel back to Sudan and the rooms was not in the option of free cancellation, but the staff did their best and refund us the money.
