The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are also very clean, there is also a gym downstairs, my family and I loved it.

Not very children family Very fussy if children touch anything My 2.5 yes old accidentally broke a small leg of a ceramic phone which is several years old.. we paid the price of a new phone..management team showed no empathy at all!!

Deluxe Golden Horn Hotel has every thing we were looking for; from great location, great friendly staff, great food, to great view from our rooms. My family enjoyed this vacation very much. We couldn't ask for more..
