Euro Design Hotel

It was very disappointing overall, When we booked was last minute and I had no time to check the details about the room if is underground, I never see for so many years i travel I never come cross with room underground, However our issue started by waiting for the room to get ready and receptionist with refused to let me dropped off my bags in the room after waited at hotel for 2 hours for the room to get ready we had child with us my wife and son count not anymore wait they had to go for walk, the guy in the reception was very rude and not friendly and because my wife and child was not present he with not let me drop off our luggage in the room we were in hurry to prepaid tour I told him I have the copy’s he said no I want them present, When I reach the room underground I I told the guy we will not stay here was room dark and I told the guy at reception my soon can not stay here he said so you book this room, He didn’t even offer us alternative accommodation or anything we booked for 2 night and he could fix the problem at spot but he was so careless, We end up paying additional elsewhere for that night to stay when we left we didn’t said one word, I ask for the manger he said no manger available and one was there to solve my problems, I call the customer service for orbitz I explain to the situation she knew we are left from the hotel I ask her can we get reimbursed or at least our second day they can fixed orbitz staff took my number she said she will update me

Amazing hotel in sirkeci area. Clean rooms and amazing cleaners. All staff were amazing and the breakfast was great. Would recommend to anyone with kids as the staff make you feel so welcome.

When I reached the hotel, I've been told that no room is available! didnt stay at this hotel and I had to walk at night with my kids to find a room in nearby hotels.
