Antusa Design Hotel & Spa

We enjoyed our stay at Antusa Design Hotel & Spa. The air conditioner in our room was not working the first night that we got there, which was a little disappointing, we were not sure if they were going to fix it quickly but thankfully it was fixed during our second day. Other than that inconvenience, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We really liked Mr. Hassan who was very friendly with our kids during breakfast time. The location of the hotel was great, very walkable to the attractions. We would recommend to stay in the hotel to anyone who wants to explore Istanbul.

The location was close to Grand Bazaar and restaurants, that was helpful. The greedy staff overcharged me, I booked a room at $90 for two adults and one child, then found a family room for $120 , so I rebooked. They said when I rebooked it registered only one person and charged me $150. The bedsheets were not clean (had hair all over), when asked for new blanket, they removed from next door and left me to put the blanket and its cover myself. Their taxi drove us back to airport intentionally very slowly, because we got delayed in repacking bags by 30min beyond schedule. In spite of repeated requests the driver (talked to hotel over phone) and drove us very slowly, even when there was no traffic. Did not help with baggage, because when we arrived I tipped the staff lesser unknowingly. He said ‘less money’ and did not help load bags on departure. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS UNFRIENDLY HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Such an amazing hotel. It was my family & i first tike in Turkey. The staff was so warm and welcoming. The stakhouse on the rooftop was amazing! Breakfast was delicious as well. 10/10 would highly recommend

It is one of the best hotels and experiences that both my family and I have had. Since before I arrived, they were always in communication with me, helping me with everything. It is a beautiful hotel, with an excellent location and a staff that stands out for its hospitality. Thank you for everything and see you soon, because we will stay with you again.

Antusa Design Hotel and Spa is a beautiful place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, well managed hotel to fulfill your stay! It is very close to Istanbul’s main attractions like the Great Bazaar, Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. I specifically loved how Hotel workers such as Ayhan did a beautiful job at making sure we were welcome at our stay. He would always bring us coffee, and was always there to help if we had any concerns. The room cleaning is also excellent, we come back to the rooms being spotless! Overall, I had a great stay with my family at the Antusa Design Hotel and Spa, and would definitely recommend it to people in the future.

My stay was terrible. I had to leave early from the hotel because the children were not happy at all. Breakfast was poor as we were fasting and for early morning breakfast (Suhoor) it was not sufficient at all. We decided to eat in the hotel one evening and prior to that they had agreed to make fried eggs and when i went to the restaurant they then said they cannot make it. It was too late for me to take my son anywhere to eat because it was his bedtime and he went to sleep hungry , upset and refused to stay at the hotel any longer. I cut my trip short by 2 nights which I would like a refund for .
