Lovely staff, especially at the breakfast service. They were all so sweet with our baby, who took a special liking to Ilham who gave her so much attention. Very heartwarming.

It was a family vacation. We spent 5 days in Istanbul. Hotel is very convenient to visit the most popular mezquites and the Grand Bazar. Restaurant of the hotel is pretty good and service is great. Their concierge service was very professional and helpful. I'll book this hotel when visit Istanbul agaiin.

Place is very close to main attractions. We booked the family suite with two rooms. It's smaller of what I had in mind but still very functional. The only issue is that faces the street and there's always noise outside so it took time to get use to it. Service and food at the restaurant are very good. The one in the terrace has better views but the one downstairs has more options. Still a good choice for the next time.

Such a nice time I had with my family and the hospitality of the hotel was welcoming and warmly made for us both to enjoy. I am very happy to have experienced my time here at this hotel as I am very aware of the busyness, we were very lucky to have had a good time. The location is also a well situated position for tourists to travel and see hot spots around Istanbul.
