Mamaison Residence Sulekova Bratislava

We had not even entered the room and the disappointment started: the paint on the door was peeled off. Once we stepped in, the floor was sticky - probably from the detergent used. We could not sit on the couch, because it was filthy. We made the mistake to lift the pillows and underneath it was even worse. The furniture needs a replacement as all wardrobes were malfunctioning. When we turned on the water in the bathtub, some yellow substance washed off the tub. All in all, a very bad experience. Too bad for the location, as it is convenient, the same the size of the room - big enough for a family of three. The receptionist was very helpful, offering a good service. Definitely not what you expect when you book and pay for a 4 stars experience

Really good for a family. Good kitchen in rooms and the beds have high quality mattresses. Just a short walk into town as well (5 mins max)

Friendly and helpful staffs. We went with 1 year old baby and the stay was nice, since there was kitchen / dining space for my baby to play around.
