Arcadia Boutique Hotel

There is nothing to fault at the Arcadia. A fabulous hotel in the old town of Bratislava. The hotel itself was beautiful, as well as pristine. The staff could not have done more for us and were incredibly welcoming not only when we arrived, but each evening too. We will certainly return, and have recommended to friends and family already.

We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this property. Our room was large, comfortable, and attractive. The entry and breakfast room were beautiful, historic, and well-appointed with lovely furniture and artwork. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't forget to ask about the history of the building! We were very surprised at how inexpensive our stay was, considering how close we were to the city center, castle, etc. Parking was surprisingly easy, with a garage very nearby. We just left our car parked for our entire stay. Everything was nearby, and public transportation would have been easy if we wanted to go farther out. Kristina was the staff member we interacted with the most. She was a ray of sunshine! Very pleasant and easy to work with, but also very informed and knowledgeable about the historic building and area. And, oh my gosh, breakfast! There was a huge selection, and it was all delicious. The room where it was served was beautiful! Only one potential downside... we stayed in a family room. Our room was a two-level room. The single bed was downstairs, and the double room was up a flight of stairs, with the only bathroom being on the same level as the single bed. This was not a problem for us but could be for someone with mobility issues. Lovely property! Highly recommended.
