Carlton City Hotel Singapore (SG Clean)

1) They took more than 1 hour for check-in. They could not provide one room with one King and another with 2 beds on a single floor. When they gave the room, we could not operate the elevators with the keys. When we went to the rooms, we found both rooms had King beds. When we came back, they were rude, and said they are handling other customers. They took a lot time again trying to give us rooms. But they finally gave us rooms on different floors, parents on 9th floor and kids on 6th floor. The TV screen on the room showed that they had flipped our names on those rooms. 2) They had kept the Oriental Mix Nut packet along with the complementary tea/coffee which we ate. When we opened the refrigerator later, we found that the packet was not free. They should not have indulged in these hideous tactics. They are 5-star hotels. They could have mentioned what is free and what is not.
