Andaz Singapore - a concept by Hyatt

Happy to be back at Andaz Singapore, its been 5 years since my last stay and not much has changed, the conditions of the rooms are still excellent. Good size room, comfortable beds, large bright windows, electronic curtains and complimentary mini bar (although the mini bar selections has reduced). This time we resquested Interconnecting rooms which was convenient for our family of five. Only one concern was hair found on the shower wall. Housekeeping standards needs to be checked.

I’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels. But I’d rate this the best. Main reasons being helpful and accommodating staff. Carefully designed and spacious rooms, with epic views. The pool facilities and bar are fantastic. Could rate more highly. Thanks for a great stay. For me and my family.

It was a wonderful experience for our family, we love the friendly staff, excellent service. I think the room designs should do better. They look nice but the ventilation of the bathroom is not so good. Rooms are specious but the lamps are too big and not so user friendly.

Very nice hotel...except for the swimming pool was quite a disappointment...kids' pool water cloudy... :(

Booked a sea view deluxe room Was given a room on 26/F with 90% of the view blocked by a tree. Complained to hotel and got offered to change to room on 33/F with real sea view. We travelled with our baby girl so it was such a hassle to check into a room, wait for their arrangement, move to another room with our luggages. The corridors were super narrow so if their housekeeping trolleys are out, you cannot walk pass the aisle properly. Water pressure very low. Mini bar not filled at all on day one when we checked in - told that it is free and we were not sure it was a miss until on the second day when drinks were filled. We stayed for 4 nights- baby toiletries when out they knew to dump the empty bottles but never refilled it until we asked again. Breakfast were ok- staff from the restaurants were v friendly and helpful.
