Location was excellent. No elevator made it hard with my children. The included breakfast was at a different hotel location so we had to walk a few blocks away. No parking spaces so had to walk about 10mins with luggage and kids. Overall would recommend and keep the things listed in mind.

We picked this place based on the proximity to the zocalo/city center. The location is great, very central to everything. Our suite was not noisy at all, it was comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the toilet water tank and the staff was quick to respond to it. Staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The roof top pool was AWESOME (about 4' at the deepest part). The price is not cheap, it was actually one of the most expensive in the area but we did get a two bedroom suite with a small kitchen/dinning room. I highly recommend this place if you are coming with family.

While the hotel was nice I was really disappointed with the airport transfer they organized, it was really over priced and the car seat I requested (specifying the size) was too small for my toddler and I never got a refund.

Great hotel, very central and the rooftop terrace with the heated pool was really great (my kids really enjoyed the pool for hours thanks to the warm water and weather)! Breakfast was really great and the room was large and well organized. Internet connection worked flawless for work. One minor thing, all windows in the room was blinded, so unfortunately no views or ways to look out the window.

Good location for exploring downtown. The presidential suite was very spacious for our family of four. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My wife and I decided to take the kids to Oaxaca over the weekend and thought we had found a modern like, safe, well conditioned place to stay for 4 nights… We were disappointed with the place. Not like the photos at all!… Our room was bland, without decor- so plain it felt like an asylum in a weird way. The entry is literally a hole in the wall, in the middle of a busy street full of vendors but really respectful as we walked in and out. The staff was helpful when approached but you need to force a good morning out of them… Over all 2/5 stars… Our Oaxaca experience aside from the hotel- 5/5, a must do for all!
