Hotel Trebol

The property is really nice. Love that there is toys for kids to play with. Everything is very close by. There’s a nice market across the street. Breakfast was so good ! Only one thing that I didn’t like was that the water pressure to the shower was very low throughout our stay. Other than that this property was excellent!

We had a very pleasant stay. We have a 2 year old that enjoyed the children's area a lot.

You walk out the door and it’s “Oaxaca Times Square.” The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Don’t mind the little girl in the lobby riding her bike, because she’s the owner’s daughter and it goes with the charm and quirkiness of the hotel. You have the feeling you are visiting a family member’s home.

Great hotel! Everything is within walking distance. The staff was super friendly. The complementary breakfast was different every morning and was really good. Hotel was clean. My only complaint was the bed was a little hard for my liking but I still slept like a baby because you do so much walking. I would stay here again.

Our rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel. The whole property was unique and my kids and I loved the colors, the architecture and the turtle in the fountain.

( )I loved the interior charm and open-air courtyards for breakfast and for relaxing. Included breakfast was substantial. Very clean. Friendly staff. I noticed toys for kids. Despite central location of the hotel, our room was very quiet at night(quietest of all the places we stayed on our trip, e.g did not hear barking dogs, nor cocks crowing, nor motor bikes without mufflers). (-) with the expedia lower rate, our room seemed as though it might once have been for the servants of a big household, i.e. a bit small. We had some trouble with the TV, and the bathroom door, though the staff tried.

This is a family run hotel with excellent service. They serve a huge breakfast each day which is included. There is a person near front desk who can help you with transportation or trips. Our cooking class was cancelled after we arrived and she found us an excellent replacement. They are constantly cleaning which is good but a lot of Clorox which got to me and one day they were spraying the rooms which I found upsetting. The Trebol front room is very calming but when you walk out the front door it is crowded. I may stay north of the Zocolo if I go back. It it would cost a lot more. So excellent people, great breakfast, nice clean facility and I think it’s a good price for what you get.
