i really enjoyed my stay there, spent 4 nights, junior suite king, the room is large, newly remodeled a room, my only pet peeve is that the windows do not open and my room had a lovely balcony, but I was explained that the decision to seal the windows was because to reduce noise, which is successful in that regard. it is close to major buildings and museums, breakfast on site was delicious. water pressure was perfect for the shower

Very close to the Zocalo but quiet. It is in an old, thick walled building which is very cool, even on very hot days. It is built in the old style, around an interior court. There is interesting art work throughout the hotel. The staff is kind and helpful. If you are seeking the big, American-style type hotel, this is not the place for you however we enjoy the "old Mexico" feeling. The value for the price is amazing and I would recommend it to my friends and family.
