Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and spotless with daily housekeeping. Great amenities. We booked some tours and a cooking class through the hotel and all were very good. It was a smaller hotel, family friendly and very quiet at night. Easy walking distance to the center of Oaxaca but removed enough from hubbub. The mattresses were a little soft for us. Enjoyed the breakfasts. Would highly recommend this place.

I’m glad we chose this hotel for our family trip. It was great fit for our needs for space and location. Excellent breakfast. Many thanks tonall hoyel staff for very good service. Definitely will come back.

Excellent little hotel in downtown Oaxaca! The property is just a few blocks away from the city's main square in a very walkable area on town. There is plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars around. The hotel is perfect for families and couples. Breakfast was included and it was really good. The staff was very helpful and kind; we would definitely go back!

The staff was amazing from beginning to end. Reception was always there and answering any questions we had plus making sure we didn't need anything else. The ladies at the breakfast restaurant were very nice to our daughter and made her simple toddler foods so she could eat as well. The room was cleaned very well everyday. Everything worked as it should. The only thing we did not love were the beds. They were a bit hard and you could feel the springs sometimes. The hotel is just a few blocks from el Zocalo and there are a lot of restaurants nearby that were very good.
