The hotel is located in the center of the city. Perfect for a couple or family trip in a very beautiful area. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help in all they can. The breakfast buffet is delicious and filling.

This was such a beautiful hotel! I was pleasantly surprised how big the rooms were since we were traveling with kids. They loved the little loft upstairs. Breakfast included was also a plus. It was such a comfortable base for exploring Guanajuato centro! About the noise downtown - I think we stayed when not a lot was going on so not bothered by any noise.

The property had a great location and great views from the balcony. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great. This hotel was family friendly. Close to the Mercado. No parking on site. I would stay here again.

Everyone at the hotel was really kind and helpful. Wile staying, they were responsive to all our requests including parking, blanket, and even taking our furniture!!(my mom bought a huge chair at the suvenior shop and the main office took it during our stay) Overall condition of our room was perfect, especially my family was happy about clean air in the room :)

This was perfect for families as there was a loft with 2 additional beds. It's very noisy on the weekends, but that's no fault of the hotel, just the location, so bring ear plugs.
