Hotel Corazon Mexicano

Thank You Mary, Carlos,and Eduardo. For all you do for us, everything was perfect, the only thing I can say it was a little bit bad there’s no AC other than that no complaint at all thank you guys specially Eduardo that kid is amazing

We reserved a mini suite on the top floor for two nights.The room was clean and spacious and the bed was good. We had a small kitchen setup and a small patio with great views of the city but partially obstructed by the restaurant roof. The free breakfast was well prepared and quite good. We had two problems. First, at midnight on our first night, a family in a room on the first floor hired a 7 piece mariachi band to celebrate a birthday. The band stood outside the front of the hotel, directly below our room 3 floors up. Midnight....Really? We were immediately jolted awake and went down to reception, which was 10 meters from the band, and asked the clerk to PLEASE STOP THE BAND! He shrugged and said they would be done in one minute. They played another 30 minutes until the police arrived. I am sure the clerk was paid off not to interfere. All of the hotel guests were bothered by this selfish act by birthday boy and his family, and the hotel took no responsibility. The next morning, a work crew started hammering and sawing on the roof directly above us for most of the day, this after a rough night's sleep. Second, although the hotel is nicely renovated, they used a lot of metal stairs to access the upper floors, so every time someone was coming or going, it made a disturbing racket. So I cannot fully recommend this hotel and would not stay there again. Your experience will hopefully be better.

This place is okay just for friends only, I would not recommend this for family to walk up there. The hill is very steep. The price is unbeatable for $50 you can have the family house up to 12 guests or more. The breakfast was okay we had to wait 10-15 minutes to get us a table. The water when you in shower it doesn't have warm water. I felt bummed because my wife and kids had to take cold shower.
