terrible, absolutely the worst customer service ever. Dont even dare to go there with your family. they Will get you out if you attempt to stay with children

Really enjoyed our time here! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Great location to walk to the bars and restaurants! Also the breakfast buffet was super delicious!! Thank you will definitely book again! Just be prepared for kids to invade the pool lol

Highly recommend this hotel. The entire staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help our group of 18 (kids and adults). It’s nice, clean and in a perfect location. The pool is heated and open until 9pm. We would definitely stay again!

I really liked this hotel it was very clean the staff was very friendly especially Arthur. When I 1st met him I thought I met my soulmate, but he kept turning me down. I kept trying to kidnap him to my room but he would decline my invitation. Maybe he is married. Arthur if you see this, I LOVE YOU & you’re so faithful to your wife! If I come to Mexico again I would want to stay at your hotel because of you. They need to make you CEO! I’ll see you soon AMORRR

Check in was very disappointing I arrived at 1:30 my fault I was told to come back at 2:30 no room available I was told to come back at 3:00 no room available I was told to come back at 3:30 no room available 😡 finally I get a room at 4:00 and not once did I receive an appology for the inconvenience the room was extremely small it was not a queen bed and the restroom was do compact definitely not a room for a couple.We were close to the swimming pool so there was constantly a lot of screaming kids and parents alike. If you're looking for a chill place this might not be it.

My family enjoyed our stay. The pool with heated waterfall was a big hit, and my little ones had a blast swimming all day. Bugambillias restaurant next to the hotel is a must try. They have poolside service and excellent food. I asked the waiter for his recommendation between two plates and he suggested an off-menu special. The creamy chipotle smothered mushroom and nopal omelet was fantastic. The rooms are clean and the shower was so relaxing. My family is already thinking of our next trip!
