What I like most is the friendliness of the staffs. I would have given 10 stars if there is an option. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I book the sea view chalet at the resort. Heavy rain on my first night stay and my room had water leakage issue. Called guest service and they upgrade us to premier chalet on water for free. The only feedback I can give is trams service can be better. Sometime need to wait 10-15mins for trams to reach my chalet. Overall my family have wonderful time there.

We loved staying here. We had the Premier Sea View Chalet and asked for the closest one to the main facilities. That made it quite convenient and walkable if we wanted to but otherwise, the 24 hour shuttle service is amazing to get around. Staff were awesome and always smiling and willing to help. If you don't fancy travelling around to see the rest of Langkawi, opt for the included dinner option. You get 4 restaurants to choose from and all were fantastic. The Thai restaurant sitting out in the ocean was particularly breathtaking. Book for a 6pm dinner and watch the sunset out on the horizon before starting. Live music was played directly to our table on a few occasions and our 1 year old was so excited to see the band each time.
Speaking of child friendliness, we had a beach sand play kit in our room on arrival so our baby loved being able to use this on the private beach. The pools were also large enough for a decent splash about.
You are in the rainforest so there are bugs around. Although surprisingly, we only ever saw a handful of mosquitos on our 6 night stay which was a pleasant surprise. We prepared to be swatting then away the entire time but found them to be rare.
There are 2 types of monkeys about. The black ones with white faces are super friendly and visited the trees next to our balcony. Don't forget to lock your balcony! The grey/brown (macaques?) ones we didn’t have close encounters with.
Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks Berjaya!

We stayed for 3 nights - to be honest from reading other people’s reviews I had set my expectations a bit low’ish. But the place proved to be really amazing - we stayed at the rainforest chalet which was very spacious, with a nice huge recently refurbished bathroom and a large bed. The environment is something extraordinary - the rainforest huts are cosily inside the rainforest and on a walk down to breakfast you spot dozens of dusky leaf monkeys and lizards!! In fact when we arrived there were like 5 monkeys sitting on trees in front of our hut like an arrival party. The staff is very friendly and helpful (the aircon in our original room was leaking when we stepped in and the manager would not let us out of sight until he reorganised a new room within minutes, sending us a bowl of fruit as an apology). Overall a great place to stay really - very reasonably priced compared to other luxury or non luxury places we stayed at during our 2 weeks and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I generally consider myself a very active traveller but we were happy staying those 3 days wholly at the hotel premises taking it all in (the area is huge, and it helps also that there’s a very decent gym).

Easy check in and check out. I like the resort layout and design and the greenery areas all around was beautiful. Guest services and shuttle from lobby to rooms was great. However water heater and ac were not great. Pool was ok but need pool for kids with slides. I would recommend this resort for sure.

I liked everything about the resort. Only problem was around food. We had a toddler and wanted to order food and tried to rush the orders as she was hungry but both times times the suggested wait times were 45 minutes and 25 minutes. A bit inconvenient.

I can honestly say that after covid and 3 years of not travelling thos was just what my family needed. From the moment we arrived at the aieport nothing was too much trouble. Arjit collected us from the airport and was peoviding us qith greqt knowlwdge of the island on our way back to the resort. We were checked in early and able to get to our room straight away. There is a shuttle service that helps get about the resort as it is quite large and the longest we waited was about 5 mins and they are super efficient. I had a whatsapp evedyday to check on our stay and if they could be of any further help.
The food was pretty good too. The breakfast in the dayang cafe and beach brasserie had a mix of western and Eastern food that was really good and our new fave is a cheese roti!! The best meal we had was the thai restaurant but make sure u book ahead if you want to go. Big shout out to Le Moi who was amazing to us both times we went and was so wonderful with the children.
The pool bar was fab and drinksreasonably priced especially the cocktails. We loved just being able to swim up and stay in the pool especially when it rained!!
Theres some beautiful wildlife which you see daily. The monkeys did not cause us any issues although we did see on monkey take a bag from the poolside and rummage through for food but Muzamil came to save the day and scare him off and retrieve the belongings as they were only after food! The black monkeys are super adorable and beautiful to w

Amazing service & staff went above and beyond. Hotel is tired and needs a bit of love. If you have young children, check where you room is before you arrive - our first room was miles away from the facilities and we had to change after our first night. Beautiful setting, great food and service but hotel needs updating

The hotel is quite dated and is in need of an overhaul. I would stay again.
Our room (family chalet - forest) was absolutely fine for a place to sleep. The bathrooms are quite compact and pretty basic, but do the job.
All staff were very supportive and friendly.
The speciality Thai restaurant was amazing - quality of food, service and view were all top notch.
Nice private beach with a lagoon type feel is perfect to relax and to enjoy some feed and drinks from the beach bar.
