Kindness of the staff ; comfortable rooms et beds. The small pool is cute and sufficient enough for the kids or a stop in the morning or after visits. Sympathic view from the roof top. City center : by bus or walking. Knossos palace : by bus. Bus stop is 2mn from the hotel.

Nice Hotel, well designed room, super convenient and clean. not bigger one but good it for our family of 4, staffs are very helpful. The only downside is the location. It is not near the city center, but it was not a problem because we rented a car. The parking lot is not onsite, couple mins walking, but it is also good because it is a designated parking lot and most people were parked on the road.

We had a great stay at the 3 pines design living. It is a fairly new hotel so is very modern and up to date. Our rooms were perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space to spread out. We also had a kitchenette, laundry, air conditioning and everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful with advice about the area. There is also a nice pool which the kids loved. The hotel is close enough to the main city center that we walked everywhere. Great location and hotel. We would highly suggest this hotel to anyone staying in Heraklion. We will definitely choose this hotel in the future.

Fabulous apartment, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family of 5. Easy 20min walk to the old town and port. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
