Margaritaville Resort Orlando

Beautiful resort. Very family friendly. Great pool side service with very friendly waiters. Speedy check out. Had the room an hour later than check out time. lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance

Loved the room set-up, very nice. Didn’t love requesting housekeeping items on tablet and they not show up for hours. I also didn’t like the fins up beach club canceling our cabana rental without speaking with us, still haven’t received an explanation or apology. Went to talk to staff and we were offered two beach chairs because they sold my cabana to someone else. Felt that it completely ruined our last day of vacation as we were looking forward to relaxing by the pool before returning home to kids and work. Never got to use the pool or even walk into the pool area because I was so upset.

We love Margaritaville! We have stayed at this location twice and we absolutely love it! Great for people who just want to relax or families wanting that tropical get away. Staff is awesome! From the front desk to the restaurant all the way to the housekeepers!

Great place to stay with the family

My family and I had a wonderful time! Staff is amazing! Was disappointed that the kids pool was closed but other than that it was a good time. It’s a beautiful resort lots of other activities for the kids and adults, great music and the pools were great.

Clean and easy access walking distance to restaurants and near a Waterpark! Definitely great for families!!

Check in at 4 Pool closed bc of weather. Never got to use the pool and we had children. No other options. One bar/restaurant off the lobby. Nothing else available for food. The market closed at 9pm. Absolutely nothing to do here. What hotel pool closes at 9pm? $400 to sleep and do absolutely nothing else.

Had an amazing time for my birthday getaway! Definitely will be coming back the experience overall was great & the staff was just the sweetest. My daughter also had a blast in the pool & in the arcade. There was something for everyone in the family to do and we didn’t even have to leave the resort.

We stayed here 5/25 - 5/27 in room 500. The Great: The room is absolutely amazing. Great view, lots of space, excellent design, and 3 separate AC's for the living space to always comfortable. Even a private gym. Pools are is fantastic, lots of space, perfect for kids, ample umbrellas and lounge chairs. Euphoria restaurant was excellent. We didn't need to leave the resort to get great food. The not so great: Service at the pool is very slow. We ordered two daiquiri and it took 25 minutes for them to bring it. Another 20 minutes for the bill. Self parking is quite far away. The unacceptable: On checkout day (checkout is 11pm), roomservice rang the bell at 8:45 the first time. DND was on. At 9:15 we brought our suit case to the car and left a few food items, some water, and my son's ball in the room, planning on returning. When I came back to the room 15minutes later, all towels were gone, and our personal items had been discarded by the cleaning staff. The lady that didn't speak English showed me on her phone that she already cleaned the room. The manager on the phone was of more help. No apology, no nothing. I really don't care about a bottle of water and a $3 beachball, but the that fact that housekeeping has the audacity to clean the room that is clearly showing DND before the guest officially checks out is unacceptable. It is a major invasion of privacy. I understand you have a job to do, but that has to wait till after the guest checks out!

This resort offered the coastal vibe I was looking for. Beautiful property, perfect for relaxation! I look forward to returning and enjoying the cottages with my family,
