Need a bench out front. We had a very noisy family above us with a dog. Would have liked some water bottles in the frig upon arrival. The pool was wonderful. Breakfast was just ok.

Stayed in the two queen suite with kitchenette. Excellent room with lot of space for the kid to play. Hotel provided a clean crib for the kid. We were able to cook for the kid while we enjoyed the hot breakfast provided in the lobby. Tried the pizza on site and was amazing. Overall very impressed with the hotel. Only concern was no common area for kids to play and pool was quite deep for a toddler. Maybe hotel could invest in this area

there were tons of kids there couldnt use the pool the whole weekend we were there. It was loud in the lobby with a ton of people.

Great rooms for large families or groups, including options like kitchenettes and in room washer and dryer. Very up to date looks, appliances and fixtures. No large issues worth complaining about. Would recommend

Big thanks to Best Western Plus Executive Residency Fillmore Inn. It’s a clean hotel with professional staff and amazing amenities (our children loved the pool). If we could, we would definitely choose this hotel again.Thanks a lot.

We decided to book here after adding a quick stop to Garden of the Gods to our Colorado trip. I was not expecting anything over the top or amazing, and was I wrong!! We had a suite with a full kitchen and living area, it was amazing!! So much room for activities, sleeping for 4 adults and 1 child, and full home amenities! The washer and dryer was a great bonus!! Everything was updated and clean, comfy and over the top! The bedding was all brand new and clean, the tv's were super up to date and easy to use!! The only thing that would possibly make it any better would be a small second toilet room, but not a deal breaker as there were many bathrooms throughout the facility that could be used in a pinch!

Very comfortable room and clean. Beds were very nice as were the pillows. The elevators did break down overnight so we had to use the stairs more than once, but it was fixed by the next morning. The only complaint we had was the free breakfast in the morning. It was pretty terrible really. They eggs they served looked like plastic toys from a kids play kitchen set and were unedible. Free breakfast at hotels is not what it used to be.

Hotel was great overall. Staff are friendly. Hotel was clean. Everything worked/was serviceable. Check in/out was quick. The only issue we had was room service. The family order food to be sent to the room and and we were quoted a 25 min wait time. After an hour, I called down to check on the food. Apparently, the bartender is the same person who runs the food to the rooms. Well she got busy at the bar and couldn't run the food up. Not a big issue for me I would've came down to get it no problem, but I should have to call down to find this out. Especially after an hour on a 25 min quoted time. So I guess we can say slightly understaffed. But overall, great stay and I would stay here again.

Due to major plumbing problems at home arising after 9 pm, I needed a place to stay the night. This was close to home and work. Friendly staff, lovely functional room with a very comfortable bed and great shower. There woman serving at breakfast was delightful. I will definitely recommend to friends and family when they come to town.
