The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our two bedroom suite. Housekeeping would not empty trash or replace towels unless requested. The tv in one room was not working and there seemed to be no sense of urgency once requested. We stayed for three nights and we enjoyed our stay. I would go back especially when traveling with children.

The breakfast was a little disappointing and nobody was usually at the front desk. It was still a great value for a couple nights for our family to have a suite with bedrooms with doors

This property tells by Marriott, but I feel it's not.
I took a room with queen bed and sofa bed.
Unfortunately the sofa I can't use because of lots of pet hair.
Also in the room no garbage bags kept in the garbage bin.
We were 4 of our family, felt very bad and it's in hygiene due to pet hairs.
If they are allowing pet then they should take care of hygiene and cleaning everything properly, which is not there at all.
I will never stay in this kind of property

While this property is clean with friendly staff and does have a good but small kitchen, it is somewhat dated and in a declining retail area. The pool was so cold all adults and children could not swim comfortably and the in room tv did not work. You can walk to convenience stores and restaurants but some have gone out of business. The breakfast room is small and very crowded and is like heated airplane food. If you want a newer hotel experience I would recommend staying in the Interquest Parkway area where dining and shopping choices are better, but if you want to be close to Garden of the Gods this hotel is ok for saving money over higher priced hotels.
