The amenities, cleanliness, food choices, location to everything, respect show to me, attention to details, compassion and care of the staff for your stay is unparalleled. If I have the opportunity to visit Sharjah again, I am certain this is the hotel I will be especially with my family.

we currently in house under Garcia last Name. Either under my name or my mother's name We are regular guest since 2022 All the time our stay has been wonderful! However; this stay we have been quite disappointment. I called one day before asking if possible early check in since we are coming from abu dhabi wirh 2 small children the gentleman over the phone told me yes no problem at 1 pm that can be done complimentary. Once we arrived at 1 30 pm we waited for the room until 2 pm. The front office manager was not accommodating, giving me a lesson about the number of pax and denying any complimentary room upgrade since we are not gold or platinum Hilton member I told her we are platinum but from hotels.com account that's why we book under that account ans that always the front office staff have been wonderful giving us a comp upgrade. Anyways, it took half an hour to get the room. Then my kids love the cookies which is a signature amenity from doubletree and they told me I can collect them at night since it was fasting time. I came down at night and they told me nothing was there that maybe later I asked second time and they said they didn't order any cookies I think that's unacceptable since it should be always available for guests, this is the second disappointment. Third, I ask 3 times for comp bottles of water because we got just 2 and we are 4 pax and I needed to make bottles of milk for my children. The room attendant came arguing about that the comp bottles are just 2
