Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport

Staying in Dubai and you are guaranteed to get a brilliant hotel compared to Europe. This hotel was incredible. The rooms were really clean and most importantly the air conditioning was very good. We had two rooms that had a connecting door, making our family experience go really well. The rooms were big and beds very comftable. All the necessities were there and the complimentary breakfast was top notch. Lots of choice and efficient service. The hotel in general was very modern and well kept, to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. Truly believing in putting the customer first.

I am from USA, was visiting Dubai with my family. I would say I made a good choice to choose Hampton inn. This hotel was very clean and room was spacious. I have double bed room it was huge. Staff was friendly. I stayed 10 nights. Every day room service was provided. Breakfast was included. Breakfast options were same everyday it’s not amazing but it’s ok to start your day with. Room had no microwave that was one thing I wish they would have. I had kids with me and I wanted to heat up left over food but they don’t have microwave anywhere in the building for customers to use. After all my stay was comfortable. Location was great. Sharjah, Ajman, Diara, Dubai everything was near by like less than an hour drive. Superstore was downstairs for quick runs. I would stay here again. Please add microwave if you can’t put it in every room just put one downstairs for everyone to use. Thank you.

Good to live with families

The Hampton in Dubai was very nice. It was clean and housekeeping came whenever I called. It’s very kid friendly. The concierge was rude. He was upset that I did not book my tours through the hotel so he would not assist me with my inquiries. He said “ I did not book the tour through him”. Other than the concierge being rude. The stay was very nice. They had breakfast everyday.

Every thing is ok but at night time the children made noise

Shuttle service made me and my family to waiting 3 hours called hotel couple of times but end up with my family in sun for shuttle ride at end no shuttle came to pick up and decided to come by ourself and i booked suv to get on my own expenses to hotel.

Conveniently located near airport and the free shuttle to airport is a great amenity along with a hot continental breakfast is a plus for travelers with family and kids. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly.

It is not a family friendly hotel. Internet didn't work most of the time. No free transportation to the Airport. no free breakfast provided
