Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Loved this hotel, I have to say it was much better than Atlantis. The service,food pools and activities for children. The room view was amazing and made our family holiday very special. The buffet food was very good and different every night.

As a whole myself, my wife and my two year old daughter loved staying at the Jumeirah beach. This has been one of the best quality foods I’ve been at a buffet style restaurant with themed nights (great for young children!). The restaurant options are also brilliant but we were more than happy with the buffet, as it was that high quality. The only thing I would mention is being charged for water at lunch or dinner - I’m more than happy to pay for any drink but I feel at least one complimentary bottle of still water at meals would be a good idea. Staff were always very welcoming and friendly so can’t fault any of that. We’re looking forward to coming back!

Daughters holiday was ruined by an ear infection caused by filthy water in one of the pools. Hotel staff admitted carrying out construction work in the pool in evenings and there was visible debris and dirt in the water. Hotel staff handled it terribly, offered nothing in form of help or compensation for ruining our trip. A sad end to what was our 11th stay at this hotel. It has fallen from a friendly, inviting family hotel into a corporate machine where the personal touch they were famed for has totally vanished. We will never go back.

The property was amazing and great for our kids. I highly recommend!

Great family stay. Staff and service excellent. Perfectly clean and great facilities. Only gripe is the pool bar is often full of people who’ve been drinking all day and can be a bit rowdy

The queue for breakfast was very long and was extremely busy. Was unable to use the facilities in the hotel due to the bad weather. booked a family room, but the extra beds were not made throughout my entire day the lock on the bathroom door was broken and kept latching not safe when travelling with infants considering the price there is no exclusivity of this hotel as there is lots of tourists there as well and for the price you are paying you can stay somewhere a lot better in Dubai as they’re so much options and variety

I would like to leave this review on behalf of all of my family, we came to JBH in October as a family with two young children, and have returned again in March. The reason for us returning is mainly because of our children begging us to return so they can use the kids club facilities and to also see the amazing Precious and Daisy, we travel a lot across the world and our children have never been keen to use a kids club! We would like to say a huge thank you for Precious for making this trip truly amazing for our children especially our youngest son who has become so attached to precious that he doesn’t want to leave, She has the kindest soul and so much love to give that our children simple beg us to go out of an evening so that precious can look after them. She goes above and beyond with them both and that is something truly special to find, Precious we are truly grateful for you and will continue to come back to ensure we see you and maintain the bond you have with our children. We have strict instructions we are now not aloud to go any where else on holiday! You have made a big impact in their little hearts. And we would like you to know how special you are to us as a family. We would also like to take the time to say a big thank you to Jowel around the family pool who has made our stay an exceptional experience, he again goes above and beyond and always ensures we have everything and more we need as a family, we feel you have an outstanding staff member, and Again Jo

I booked a room to arrive on the 27th March even though I wasn’t arriving until the 28th. Put a note in the special requests to advise this. Arrived at hotel - room not ready. Made to wait until 3.00pm - 24 hours after booking. Entered room - dirty, wet smelly blankets on bed. Shower attachment fell off the wall. Asked to upgrade to room with balcony. Had to pay - no VIP upgrade offered. Entered second room - bed for children not made up Five star hotel? Five star prices? 1 star service. Horrendous hotel - never again

Jumeirah Beach is wonderful for adults and kids. A completely relaxed and beautiful atmosphere that both parents and kids can enjoy.

The general staff at the hotel are brilliant. The management however different story. 2nd time here. Both times it’s been terrible. First time we was told it was our fault and because the water park is great for our kids we thought take the hotels advice and book according to what they have suggested and message them before for the room and check in etc. Somehow this made it worse. Me and my wife slept on single beds for 6 nights aswell as our kids. We had what can only be described as bed bugs and are now covered in marks from it. My daughter has rashes all over her body and my son is covered in marks also as a result. It was reported immediately, 4 days later the hotel said ok let’s change your room. Which was a down grade as we had a club room. I never normally write reviews but this has pretty much been the worst 6 days I have had in Dubai. I have come here 7 times overall. Atlantis which is the same price is so much better and they actually listen to then the customer has an issue. So disappointed in this hotel and the management which is a shame because the general Day to day staff are brilliant and friendly. Management however are shocking. Felt Ignored and disrespected as they knew they had our money already.
