Jumeirah Emirates Towers

Amazing stay at this hotel. We were here for 2 nights as a family of 4 and the hotel staff were excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the room was fantastic- we got upgraded to a club room on 39th floor and the views were spectacular. Thank you Jumeirah Emirates Towers for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

The service was exceptional, we got an expected upgrade , the club junior suite was superb. We didn’t want to leave a hot , it was our best stay ever.

We stayed at the towers during our trip to Dubai. First off let me say that the hotel is amazing the staff goes above and beyond for you we stayed in a junior suite and use the executive lounge on the 42nd floor the staff was great they knew I had a nut allergy and made sure I was taking care of the chef prepared a special dessert for me every night so they wouldn’t feel left out Staying in the junior suite was amazing The view was beyond beautiful, the bed was so comfy and we had 2 room (areas) so we had plenty of room We had breakfast included, happy hour and afternoon tea ..it was such a treat to have the extras. Strawberry and viola were simply amazing The pool was great … Mande took very good care of us with waters and towels Every person on the staff was extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Jumeirah towers to anyone family, business, couples or singles. I have no negative comments about this hotel

Stayed for four days with family in late July. Truly, a wonderful hotel experience. Everything was faultless: food, comfort, staff and facilities. Great sleeps. Excellent shuttle service to Wild Wadi and Dubai Mall. Metro is close by to make extended travel in Dubai convenient and effortless. Emirates Towers deserves every accolade. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
