Really nice for family’s and couples

Great place and stay just too many children. Also the bar opens at 1030 and closes at 0230 and no drinks allows in your room or outside the bar areas. But other than that great stay

I enjoyed my stay at the RIU back in 2022, that is why I came back to stay with my family in 2024. Staff members are really only downside is that we had gotten such our last 2 days there. It was something we had eaten. Other than that, things were great!!

The meals and dining option was a disappointment. Breakfast was the same everyday I was tired of eggs by the 3rd day. They often only change one ingredient in the meal options daily. Example, chocolate chip pancakes change to raisin or the chick peas in the Indian vegetarian option change to green peas. Don’t bother to bring anything classy to wear to the “restaurants.” ALL meals are buffet style including the specialty restaurants you must use the RIU app to make reservation for. I also noticed three people sticking their hands directly into the buffet tray and popping the food directly in their mouth. I notified staff and they didn’t even remove the tray. For late night they only have burgers, hotdogs and mini chocolate muffins. One morning I went to the continental breakfast only to see the leftovers from the late night food options. I notified front desk about this. After the 2nd night we stop having dinner there and just go out to eat a late lunch and have dinner before we get back. The staff was pleasant, rooms kept clean and the beach has ample lounge chairs and umbrella. Was difficult to use the pool as their were filled with kids. Overall I wouldn’t go back.

As family resort way too loud, uncontrolled screaming children’s till dip midnight stuck in show room , not following advice of show operator to don’t have children’s on stage, parents sitting on the phones and couldn’t care less. In restaurant same scenario , constant noise. Of course 6:30 am umbrellas on the beach already taken . Etc etc

Food choice was amazing, staff extremely friendly, got upgraded for free. Would definitely return. Yes there is children but isn't there at every hotel unless you pay for adults only. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The property offered smoking areas by the pool and on the balcony of your room. 24 h bar with alcoholic drinks served until 2:45 AM . We had no kids but they have water slides for them. Wish there were no kids but property is big enough that it wasn’t that bad. And naturally entertainment and opportunity to dance afterwards. I picked this resort because I stayed in RIU in Mexico. Sure enough they maintain the greatness. Driving to town and main attractions is about 40 minutes or less. They have two types of Taxi service. Privet is more expensive, the ones with the sign on them Taxi is cheaper and you will not get $ surprise.

The property was very nice and hotel staff were all genuinely welcoming and polite. There is a large selection of food & drink options, that catered for all throughout the day. And the hotel had many facilities on the property to keep you families and couples entertained.

Nice family resort.

Very large property with hundreds of guests, plenty of loungers spread around the property for everybody as well as on the beach. The hotel has lots of activities on during the day at the various pools. Food in the main buffet restaurant is very varied and vast if a bit chaotic, you can have a quieter experience in the stand alone restaurants however I would say it's not a place where you'll find a quiet spot, lots of families with lots of noisy children. We stayed here as a brief stopover for 3 nights, don't know if I'd return to stay as we didn't really make use of the AI and had to leave at 4am for our flight home.
