Not clean at all wr arrived and the room wasn't ready. While we are in the suite the washer mashine fladed with hot water and I have 2 babies 1and 2 years and after they fixed it they didn't clean. Next day the Lamb fall on my hawad. I don't recommend it at all

Stayed for 7 days and felt like home. Rooms cleaned, good food, shopping, gym, and warm pool. Fit for me and the kids. Enjoyed our stay. Recommend

We had a wonderful time at the Novotel! 10 of our family members were there for a wedding and simply loved our room with a view of the city. Spectacular! The workout room, pool, and spa were excellent! The breakfast buffet was the best! Can't say enough about the hotel. We will be returning for sure and recommending to our friends in the U.S.

The family room we got was big, and relatively clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. The parking was good and had lift access to rooms. Overall good, but there might be improvement in the suite condition. Like some stuff was broken. Kitchen may have more stuff for cooking.

Positive: 3br suite was fabulous Very clean and spacious Breakfast buffet was decent View was ok from 27th floor Negative: Miniscule kiddie pool Kids club was a tiny room with blocks and a tv and no one in there Elevator system was very aggravating I was harassed about 4 times during my breakfast by hotel staff telling me the breakfast wasnt included. Seriously. So unbelievably unprofessional. What difference does it make at this point? I'm already eating. Btw, the breakfast WAS included. I had just eaten the day before with no problems. The valet area is ridiculous, no space for more than 2/3 cars. Room service food was probably some of the WORST i have ever had. Disgusting.
