Cappadocia Cave Suites Boutique Hotel - Special Class

Terrible service but excellent location. They love to say NO for every small thing you may ask which may feel insulting at times in front of your family. The manager who is bald and always wear a white shirt should be kicked out of that place as he doesn't deserve to be in hospitality industry. I will definitely not recommend to anyone. There are lesser expensive places available around it with even better location with lesser price on this website. I'm a Platinum member and was treated like crap.

I recently stayed at the Cappadocia Cave Suites with my family on our first visit to Türkiye and I was extremely impressed, not only with the beautiful property and excellent customer service the owner and staff provides, but with the way Turkish hospitality is manifested from the moment you arrive to the moment you check out. Actually, it all started when I reserved the rooms and started emailing with all my questions about activities in the area. Mr. Shemsettin, the owner, replied almost immediately with answers in detail. When we arrived at the property he and Usuf were very helpful with suggestions and guidance. This property is a true cave hotel, tastefully decorated. It has many terraces from which you can see the town of Goreme and the hot air balloons super close early in the morning. What a site! It’s clean, cozy, beds are super comfortable and the breakfast is splendid. It has a restaurant and a Spa and the guys in the restaurant are funny and very accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Goreme. This will be my home away from home when I return to Cappadocia. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Cappodocia Cave Suites is located right in the center of Goreme, high on the hills; the views from the hotel are spectacular indeed. You can view the hot air balloon’s from your room window at sunrise or from the hotel terrace. The main market & restaurants are a quick brisk walk away. The horse & camel ranches are nearby too as are the quad bike & trekking tracks. Our rooms were very comfortable, you enjoy the unique experience of staying in a cave like ambience without losing any of the modern amenities. Spacious well kept rooms with 24x7 hot water & air conditioning/heating facilities. Staff is courteous & helpful. House keeping is great. Breakfast is usually a variety of cheeses, boiled eggs, mushroom sauté, yogurt’s, puff pastries with canned juices. Family had a good time staying at this hotel. Prices are reasonable if booked well in advance. The only downside that I might add was a lack of response to couple of inquiries I had emailed prior to our check in. That was a bit odd, rest all was excellent. Would definitely recommend for a family stay.

Great hotel we stayed here with the kids perfect locations amazing view. The hamam was amazing too Be sure to check it out if your there.
