Amber Cave Suites

What a wonderful property, and all the staff were so wonderful and always willing to help. Very spacious and clean rooms, with a great breakfast and what a view! We had the family suite for three and more than enough space with a huge shower. The room came with an oscillating fan and that’s all we needed to stay cool (it’s a natural cave after all). WiFi was great too. Short walk up or down to town center. A very unique cave experience and highly recommended!!

We stayed 4 nights at Amber cave suites in the family room. It was very spacious and clean. There was a mini fridge and 4 bottles of water provided daily. Metin was wonderful and so friendly. Breakfast was great. Walking to town, ATMs or a car rental agency were very easy. Metin scheduled our airport shuttle, a private green tour and transfer to another hotel in Kayseri. Communicating via Whatsapp was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful family owned and operated hotel. The dogs are adorable. The food was top notch. The views were some of the best in the area. I'd stay here again. I will say to visit this area you much be comfortable with uneven surfaces and tall steps.

Great location — close to shops, restaurants, and around the corner from the viewpoint (for sunrise / balloons and sunset). Family suites are convenient for a family of 4.

We loved our stay! The children thought it was brilliant and the room was so much bigger than it looked on the pictures. We loved the jacuzzi tub and how unique the space was. Buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff were so friendly and kind. There are so many cave hotels to choose from but we are glad we chose this one.

This place is expensive, but it worths. We were in a family room for four. It was clean and spacious. The facility was not super brand new, but it matched the “caves” feel. The location is good and it is not far away from the main street. As it is in mid hill, so do expect to do a little bit of climbing. We like the breakfast place very much as we could see the hot balloon flying everywhere. The staff helped to swipe the moisture on the windows so that we could view outside clearly. Metin is very helpful. He tried very hard to help us to get the transport to our next destination when we failed to buy tickets for the bus we planned to take. Nice and helpful staff is important! We had miscommunication about the airport transfer, but they resolved it quickly. They also took us to the bus station when we were leaving. There were plenty of different food available in the breakfast too. A good choice for us.

What an exceptional hotel with a great atmosphere and courteous and super helpful staff! They made our stay easy and stress-free. Special thanks to the Owner of Amber Cave suites for his hospitality, sharing your garden and your wine with us. We felt like part of the family, we didn’t want to leave. Loved our cave room, the views from the room, the terrace, the balcony. Loved the area of the hotel full of beautiful plants, cozy sitting areas. Amazing location: Sunset Point and the center of town are few steps away. Delicious breakfast with a great view of town and balloons (if you are an early riser). Got all the help we asked for. Metin helped with airport transfer arrangements. Also, after watching those amazing hot air balloons for two days in a row from a terrace and our balcony (what a fairy tale view), we decided to go on a balloon ride ourselves. Metin did arrange that as well. I really wish I will be back one day. THANKS!!!

The family that runs this hotel really takes care of you -- they helped me to organize my tours, helped me to get one of my suitcases which was delayed and answered any questions I had. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was good. The view from the breakfast restaurant was spectacular.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in 4 of their cave rooms. We we were group of 11. Of the 4 rooms 1 was king suit with 2 bedrooms ( is on the lower floor and has no ac), 1 was a family room again with 2 bedrooms but only 1 ac in the outer room with 2 single beds. Other 2 rooms were junior suites with a double bedroom each. It was an excellent experience staying in cave rooms. Hospitality was top class , couldn’t ask for more
