Our stay as a family was excellent. The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff so lovely and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Front desk staff was pleasant. I did not like the area at all as a 50 year old solo female tourist. Noisy, dirty, danger of being hit by car or motorcycle, inconvenient to get to major tourist sites I was most interested in. Hotel is run down and dirty rooms (bathrooms). Saddest breakfast out of 15 days touring the country. Maybe good for youngsters, but not for me.

Nice area, a happening area, but the location is slightly out of ordinary. The check in staff is very helpful, the rooms are large, the air conditioning works. The breakfast is basic but sufficient, The bathroom is small and needs an update. This Hotel is ideal for young couples. It is not suitable for families with small children
