Went with family. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Murat was great help. They are there to answer any questions and give really good recommendations. The room i booked was very spacious and comfortable with all amenities. I usually stay at Hilton or Hyatt but staying here makes me consider Marriott for my future travels. The hotel is quite central and you can access all attractions very easily. The downside is the Beatrice restaurant. Ordered room service for breakfast the first day and was extremely disappointed. The pancakes were burnt. The eggs were cold and they added extra egg that i did not even ordered. Do not eat there. Lots of great places to eat near the hotel. Ask front desk for their recommendation and they will guide you. Will definitely recommend this hotel to stay.

The staff, location, and rooms were wonderful. The staff went out of their way to assist with any requests. We loved the area and easy for our family to get to all the areas we wanted to see in Istanbul.

Overall a nice hotel, The elevator has very little capacity, no more than 3 or 4 people depending on weight which does not help when you have to carry the luggage. At our arrival we had to climb the entrance stairs with our baggage as nobody showed up to help. Being this a Marriot Autograph collection, I would expect a super premium service, but this was not the case, not saying was bad but not at the level of Marriot Autograph. People were friendly and helped to accommodate family after asking three times for it. The rooftop bar and restaurant, Beatrice, is a beautiful place with a limited gastronomical offer, the view could compensate a bit. Overall a nice experience but not an outstanding one. One more thing, the noise in the street is high and the windows are not sound proof

Very well maintained classic hotel. Wonderful location in Beyoğlu, cannot beat the location near İstiklal street and very convenient few tram stops away from the famous sites. Staff was welcoming, helpful and hospitable. Went here with my family (including 3 young children).
