We like everything about this property, from the moment we arrive ‘till the moment we left. Everybody treat you with respect and make you feel like family (Special mention to Serkewitch and front desk staff) They respond fast to any necessity you have, they gave us information about the arrea, and arrange a transfer to the airport for us, they speak English very fluid, so communication was very easy for us. Thanks everyone at ROYAN HOTEL.

A very unique hotel designed and styled by the owner Memhet. A first class experience in every respect. Very friendly and respectful staff who engage well with all customers and willing to spend time with you to ensure you know the best way to ensure your plans are met. I cannot close the review without mentioning individual staff members. Ilhan, Semet and Muharrem contributed their experience of the hospitality sector and in turn ensured their team delivered a family atmosphere during the duration of our stay. (5days). A memorable holiday!

This hotel is excellent. The location cannot be beat. It’s a few min walk to all the main attractions. Very friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. The hotel staff treat their guests like family. Aziz gave us great recommendations for breakfast and younger front desk guys were also very quick to help us with anything. They even gave us a gift at checkout. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very comfortable hotel for a family of 4. We stayed twice at the hotel during our trip, both times in different suites. Top marks for cleanliness, comfort and staff. Breakfast very good. Location is fantastic for walking to nearby historical sites.

The hotel is brand new (less than a year old) and has all the amenities of an upscale hotel in a fanily setting. Starting from a very friendly and hospitable staff, the hotel has very clean and well maintained rooms, a beautiful dining facility and to top it all off, a wonderful breakfast lounge serving al la carte or buffet style delicacies that looks out into the sea! We stayed here for 5 days and well treated very well by the exceptional front desk and staff! Semsettin also helped us plan our itinerary day by day, arranged airport transfers, local guides and a Turkish hammam(spa) for my family. We really didnt have to worry about any of the details. The location is also ideal - minutes from all the attractions of the city! Two thumbs up and I highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul!
