Staffs are very friendly and helpful . Every time we called front desk , they provide us with everything we’ve requested !excellent customer service! The room was amazing ! Very spacious ! Excellent design! We stayed three nights with two kids and enjoyed our stay!

We had family suit and rooms condition was perfect, but carpets need to cleaned up and vacuumed well, also I do not know if it is because of post pandemic or it is Turkey, compare to the price that we charged and a five stars hotel, the room service was poor.

Room was big ,the bed was making terrible noise that caused our baby to wake up the whole night ,mattress was uncomfortably soft and doesn’t feel like 5 star hotel. Bathroom has terrible smell and when we requested room change they couldn’t help us. Breakfast was very good as well as valet parking and staff was friendly .

First of all, I will like to thank the staff members of Hilton istanbul Bomonti most especially ( Kadri Yayla) the doorman who treated my sister and I like his own children. He was always calling to check on us when we are out during the nights and days. The food was great, the room and bathroom were very clean 👌 👍. The hotel is saved. I will always come back .
