The property is run by Mr. Selim and his associates (one of which is Mr. Burhan). They created a family atmosphere and were helpful in every way they can. The property is run very smoothly and as opposed to other properties in the Sultanahmet area (extremely popular with tourists) the focus in Ergovan is on quality: no frilly decorations, and curtains. The focus is on service, comfort, and efficiency. Ten stars!

I and everyone who comes with me Love everything about Erguvan! Amazing stuff, Murat and Ozzi are like family now. Always welcoming and very supportive! Have been staying in this hotel with family and friends , everyone Loves it. Breakfast is the Best in town , and the location is awesome! Very close to main historic sites and transportation ! Never wanted to stay at any other place but Erguvan. We travel to Istanbul every year and always stay here for the past 13-15 years. Thank you Murat, Ozzi and Fusun for your kindness ❤️❤️❤️ and exceptional service. See you again Inshallah next year

This is a great budget hotel in one of the best locations in Sultanahmet - easy walking distance to all major sites. Fantastic staff and very helpful with arranging transfers and assisting with advise to make the most of your trip. Will stay again and will recommend if traveling on a budget / family with 1 child.

It was a great hotel I highly recommended,the room is very clean and it was done on a daily basis,the location was perfect in the middle of everything and the staff yes the staff was outstanding and friendly is not the word they took us as a family and make a lot of recommendations and they were perfect and I can’t say enough about the front desk receptionist Ozer and Murat they were fantastic and we will come back and stay with them anytime we go to Istanbul…..
