We had a wonderful stay at Acacia Mansion Hotel. Shukur and Veli at the front desk were very helpful since the day we checked in. They are very attentive to the guests and always happy to help. Breakfast had wide selection of food and beverages. Efrey took good care of us during breakfast. Also, it was lovely to meet Burok towards the end of the trip who offered to mail our postcards to family back home. Location of the hotel is perfect! We were easily able to walk to Sultanahmet and Hagia Sofia. Highly recommend this hotel for future Istanbul trip to make it fun and memorable.

It felt like we were staying with family. Ebru helped us book our hotel transfer and gave us great tips for seeing the sites. She checked on us the mornings she worked. She also arranged for a laundry service for us. The hotel was very clean. It was very close to the sites we wanted to see. Lots of restaurants and even convenience stores around to make sure we were well fed and hydrated.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The location is great and it is walking distance to shops, dining, and main attractions. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Yusuf and Shukur were always helpful and gave us great travel tips. We will be staying here again!
