nice family running hotel with excellent personal touch

We booked a tripple room for me my wife and 19 year old son with a double and 1 single bed. In the pictures the room looks huge but in reality we couldnt put 3 suitcases on the floor around the room and even walk let alone 3 hand trolleys. The room should not be note than a double room with either 1 double or 2 single beds. We chise the hotel duebto the location but were extremely disappointed as to how it was rated a 4* hotel. Anotger thing is that it was average although the staff was very courteous and helpful. Another big put off was that we were told that the day before our checkout they will move us to another room as the room was booked for another slot after we leave. And were told we would be compensated- refund That was another put off. We then went and 2 days before we were to checkout inwent and booked a larger room in another hotel paying more than double the price to compensate for what the family went through. And when i came and informed the hotel that we will be leaving they made a ubturn telling us that we can stay in the same room. Neither they gave us a refund nor wanted to compensate in any way. We left the hotel 1 day earlier loosing the money. It was my 1st planned trip to turkey with my family if it wasnt the daily excursions and amazing experiences of istanbul, the hitel itself was enough to ake the trip a disastrous one. I would not rate it a 4* hotel at all. Its no more than a 3* I rather pay a few hundred more and live in a decent place.

Amazing smaller hotel at the nice area with good service. As we had just one night at Istanbul before departure flight I choose it for good location. So I could show some of famous sites to children. Rooms are very clean and well equipped with beautiful views. And there are even better views from roof. You can also have breakfast on the roof. It's really nice start for the day. I also got free bottle of wine from the hotel and room upgrade as Hotels.com Gold client.

Fantastic location, helpful staff, very clean & modern. We spent 6 nights there (family of 6) and enjoyed the overall experience. Breakfast was the same everyday day, wifi was weak in the rooms and the foyer was small. Balcony view was superb! Would stay here again.
