JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea

I love everything there and everyone they are trading guests very well. Friendly , lovely. I feel feel at JW Marriott Marmara like with my family. I can find a great word to say what is in my mind and my heart about the service. But I can say I love the JW Marriott maranta Istanbul and I will go there more and more

Having family nearby, we have had the opportunity to stay at this hotel many times since it opened last year. Front desk sets the tone right from the get go, no matter how early you arrive. They are always willing to help. We appreciated Omer Bey’s help in finding a good room for us, which is not an easy task as we happen to be very particular. We start off our days with an amazing Turkish breakfast, including cooked-to-order gozleme. Everything you eat is as fresh as it gets. Great service by all team members, specifically Filiz Hanim, chefs Yigithan Bey, Harun Bey and Merve Hanim. We appreciate how they take feedback seriously and adjust to our needs. You won’t have to repeat your likes/dislikes everyday; they will get to know you and serve you accordingly with big smiles on their faces. Highly recommend booking an executive room to use the lounge where they serve delicious snacks throughout the day and and hot/cold dishes at night. Gym has top of the line equipment and great trainers, Ozge Hanim, Muhammet Bey and Emre Bey. Ozge Hanim and Ela Hanim at the spa are so sweet and helpful booking sessions. Previous years we tried staying at Sheraton, Hyatt, Polat, Radisson nearby but this JW Marriott blows all of them out of the water. We feel lucky to have such an amazing hotel with great staff near our family and look forward to many wonderful stays here.
