Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Had a Singapore layover for 3 days. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. All requested made by us were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Rooms in my opinion are a little dated but are clean and very comfortable. In-house restaurants are excellent in particular the Tandoori restaurant on the basement floor. My kids loved the pool area located on the rooftop. It would be great if the pool area had a bar so that patrons could enjoy a drink whilst relaxing especially for the night time swims. We will definitely be staying here on our next Singapore visit. Well done Holiday Inn City Centre

Nice rooftop pool with high cleaning standard. The rooms were small for a family of 4. Probably more suitable for 3 people families. The included breakfast was fine but count on waiting time during peak hours. 5 minutes walk to MRT(metro)

Beautiful hotel with a great pool. Fantastic location set behind Orchard Road and close to many great restaurants and shopping. We went with young children so it was handing have everything so close. And it was easily accessible with a pram.

Stayed here for 5 nights with our family. We got 3 rooms next to each other which was great and convenient for us. Everything was within walking distance - MRT, shops, eating places plus there were restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast was great - lots of choices - our grandkids loved it! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Only negative was the lighting in the room and bathroom was quite dull. Otherwise would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family of 3 for 4 nights. After a long flight, we were looking forward to resting, but upon check-in, we found our room was not fully prepared. Despite having booked for 3 people and specifically requesting an extra bed in advance, the additional bed was missing. We also encountered issues with the room amenities. Essential items like toothbrushes and slippers were not provided. Throughout our stay, housekeeping consistently overlooked replacing items; for instance, our used toothbrushes were discarded without leaving replacements. By the end of our stay, we had no towels in our room, which compounded our frustration due to the apparent lack of professionalism. We had to call hotel service every night to request toothbrushes and towels. The persistence of these issues over several nights should have highlighted a clear lack of attention to detail. I had hoped to see improvements during our stay, but, regrettably, this did not occur.

staff was nice (depends on ) and concierge were also nice to us. Breakfast was good and we can go shopping around hotel. Close to Main Street. Staff were nice to my kids Totally good. I would like to come back again

Room and lobby had a distinct musty odor we found dust accumulating the corners. Showed the cleaning lady and after she cleaned the room it was definitely less , but still there. The hotel offered to change rooms, but we had family staying there and those rooms were about the same. Biggest problem I had was when requesting a taxi to the airport. Was told by the concierge guy that with three suitcases we needed a maxi taxi at a cost of $65.00. The rest of the family with three suitcases left a day earlier in a regular taxi and paid $35.00. Definitely feel ripped off by that move by the concierge and very disappointed that a Singapore hotel would do that. Definitely reconsidering any future stays there.

We are a family of four (children are 10 & 8) and got a room with two double beds. Room was great and comfortable. Enjoyed using the gym and pool (pool area is awesome) Hotel is located just off Orchard Road with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Also close to the MRT so getting smarting Singapore is easy. Will stay here again.

Great buffet breakfast. Pool was under maintenance briefly while we were there so was closed briefly but was nice when it was open and is a nice area. Room was nice and clean. Great hotel for a family stay.
