Hotel Rosa

I absolutely loved this hotel and the family that manages it. The hotel was spotless, quiet, comfortable and the view was stunning. It's located within easy walking distance to the castles. I highly recommend it and San Marino.

We stayed one night in a family room while in transit to southern Italy. The hotel was very communicative prior to arrival with directions and parking instruction. Check in was great and staff throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good; having all the standard fare and coffee made to order. The only modest disappointment may have been the room. It was tight for 4 and there was not much space to sit; we sat at the outside tables over the view, which was nice in good weather. Location is excellent and very central to all the walking areas of the town.

This property is the highest hotel in San Marino, family run, beautiful postcard view, right under castle and close to all shopping muses and sights the staff were all wonderful, we travel a lot and this was as good as it gets, nice breakfast

We were so impressed with San Marino, and this unpretentious hotel was the perfect base to see it from. My wife and I stayed in a family room (with a jacuzzi bath!) with our two daughters aged 10 and 12. The hotel is right at the top of San Marino, near the first tower. Spectacular views. The hotel breakfast (included in the price) was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose to park our hire car at the public car park a short walk away (4 euros per day), but there was an option to park directly next to the hotel for 16 euros per day.

This hotel is closest to the tower with it's old town appeal. We had a junior suite and it was awesome. Family owned and it shows with their attention to detail. I would classify this hotel as 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was wonderful. The family that owns it we’re so helpful. Professional. Room had a small balcony with table and two chairs overlooking the mountain and valley. It was clean and comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants. Everything reasonably priced. Beautiful historic and charming area. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend.
