The room was very lovely for our family of four. The location was great being only a 25 min walk to the towers. The biggest and only con was there was no wifi service. It will show you are connected, but not no one in our family was able to get any service unless we turned. Cellular one. We met another guest in the lobby who also stated they had been unable to get any service. When we checked with the front desk, the response was a sort of "I'm not sure, I have service" which didn't really help in trying to solve the issue. We had other elements of our trip that needed to be addressed, reservations, documents sent and the lack of (advertised) wi fi was a big hindrance. Other than that, the room and Valeria were quite lovely.

Pleasantly surprising. Location is great being only 400m from great food and shopping that San Marino offers for the price we were pleasantly surprised. As a family of four we expected the standard two doubles but we ended up with two singles and a double bed in separate living areas for some privacy for both us and our teens The restaurant offers a good selection of breakfast options. The staff are friendly and attentive. Only down point was the bed mattress needs some cover over a couple of stings and the walls are a little thin from the honeymooners next door. But overall a pleasant stay for the price, service and location. I would recommend here if passing through or only staying one to two nights.
