Poor customer service. We prepaid our stay but we needed to leave because of a family emergency. Even though we notified the management of this after our first night, they would not refund ANY of our 6 nights. Also be aware that they allow dogs to stay. Only after we complained multiple times that the does barking next door kept us up all night they moved us to another room but they didn’t offer a refund for that night.

I loved my experience at Patio Santiago because the hotel is brand new and you can feel the luxury in the rooms for a boutique hotel. The only reason why I did not put 5 stars and I gave 4 instead is because I really wish they would have had available a crib for my baby to sleep in. I had to swap to a double bed and my husband and I were so so tight in one bed. Other than that the service from start to finish was excellent.
