Hotel Casa Once

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are all very recently updated and absolutely beautifully designed and decorated. The gentleman who communicated with us before arrival was lovely to deal with and very responsive. The woman who served our breakfasts each morning was absolutely charming and always greeted us with a smile. There are only seven rooms but we never heard any of the other guests as the walls are thick stone and the glass double insulated. The AC was quiet and soothing, the bathrooms were gorgeous. The beds were dreamy, as were the towels and soap products. There is a very beautiful courtyard with lots of seating for lounging and breakfast, and a smaller seating area on the upper terrace. This would be a great small hotel to come with a family or friends group. The location is on a quiet street right in the heart of Queretaro, which is a beautiful historic city with tons to offer. Honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay at Casa Once.
