I had two rooms for my family at this location . Both are small and there were no windows. Very few rooms have a view of Zocalo. One of our rooms had an extreme buzzing noise from the AC unit . Everything about this hotel was uncomfortable

No room service, this place is weird in that the have 2 restaurants yet cannot provide room service even though Expedia lists they have it. The bathrooms stink due to their sewer system. It’s awful. The front desk people are rude. The restaurant upstairs is highly overpriced and their food is rather flavorless, basic and low quality. The cleaning staff is great and they pay attention to detail. The hotel is very noisy due to them blasting music at the top restaurant into the late night. The rooftop restaraunt plays their music so loud at 7pm for no reason and it is uncomfortable to have dinner there with family as we have to shout to each-other. Over all, I would not stay here again. The balcony view was nice but it doesn’t make up for all the other issues.

If you are planning to enjoy a hotel stay, with privacy This is not the place. Your every move is constantly under surveillance. My sister stayed on the hotel to watch TV and when cleaning lady came into room, two men who worked at hotel came into door to “check “ that everything was ok. I was charged 500 pesos for a mini blood in bed as my husband scratched the elbow. The place is not welcoming to families with children. I will not go back ever. I can choose another 100 hotels in the area .
