Hotel Mision De Los Angeles

Sadly i came here with kids for their nice big swimming pool, but the water was so disgusting, they blamed the rain the last few days, they did not oened yhe problem, the hotel previous to this, plaza fortin had clean swimming pool. Avoid, avoid

Just 20 minutes walking to the Centro Historico, but once in side the grounds you feel like you're in safe, quiet place with a great pool and tennis courts. A great place to let kids run around outdoors safely.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort. It was a short drive to the city. A bit far for a walk. The grounds were beautiful. There was a restaurant on the resort with good food and room service. My recommendation would be to get the suite or junior suite. There is a big difference from standard room, you won’t regret it. The staff was very helpful and polite, we felt safe and they were able to request a taxi for us as needed. I would be staying again.

Each time we’ve stayed here we stayed in Junior Sweats and they’re perfect for family size stays. The room spacious, two beds, couch, tv, coffee pot, great AC, big bathroom, great beds, just overall spacious and clean. The staff is excellent. Safe and quiet. Walking distance of the center. Loved and would highly recommend.

The front desk lady wasn’t so happy I had 3 kids with me so I stated that was the reason why I had booked a Jr Suite, she didn’t reply. As soon as we open the door I notice the small room with outdated non-working TV, went to the front desk to ask for an extra bed cause that’s what I booked, the lady than reply there wasn’t enough room for it so I asked an employee if the room where I was staying was a Jr Suite, she replied NO this are standard rooms, the suites are by the pool. Went back to the front desk for the second time, this time I was sure I had the wrong room and asked for a room that I had paid for than the lady finally said that they didn’t have anymore suites that “Hotels.com was at fault for letting me book one that wasn’t available”. The room was already paid for so I had no choice but to take an uncomfortable room, that was at 3 pm. Later around 8 pm front desk called stating that one room had been check out if we wanted to move, of course I said YES. My point is “WHY so much miscommunication, false advertisement, we should get that we paid for not what’s left”. The hotel ended up been amazing, I loved it, I love Mexico, it’s people, the food.
