Great for extended family. Many places to meet up and run into each other. Buffet very good. Perfect location. We held a wedding ceremony there and courtyard was beautiful. Beds not so comfortable.

A member of our party got sick and had to extend her stay because she wasn’t well enough to travel and the staff went above and beyond to support us. I especially want to thank Susanna at the front desk who was so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel, it’s like staying with family.

Overall Customer service was great, the availability for the staff to accommodate early arrival of late departure. All information provided in regards local atracions and yours.All hotel and restaurant staff acted very professional and polite , dress professional, always understood each individual needs. My family and I had a gray experience staying at City Hotel, we are definitely looking forward to return.

Excellent location and staff, noisy ac but pleasant to stay with all the family

The room was clean and adequate. Bathroom was a bit small. There was no refrigerator though so had to go to the first floor for ice. Breakfast was tasty and the bar was also pleasant. The children enjoyed the pool for a bit but it rained both days.

Great location, beautiful space. Our only issue was the fact that the pool and rooftop lounge area was under construction and off limits. These were major factors in choosing this hotel (because we were traveling with kids). Had we known in advance, we would have stayed elsewhere.

The staff in the hotel are fantastic. They helped us with all our needs and we’re very friendly. As for the hotel itself, most rooms are small! The photos you see online are deceptive. We had to change room 3 times. The 1st room we were in was tiny with a tiny European size bathroom. Too small for a family of 4. I showed receptionist a photo from Expedia and asked to be moved to that room as it looked bigger. The next day, we were moved to a much larger 2 queen bed. There seems to only be 3 of these larger rooms. Bathroom was twice the size as well. But by evening time while being out all day with air conditioner on all day, the room felt extremely warm - it was warmer inside the room than it was outside. It was determined the ac was broken. Thankfully, the other larger room was still available so we moved there. The ac was working perfectly. Take note though that wifi is basically non existent inside any of the rooms eventhough they say you have wifi access inside you room. But we moved to 3 different rooms and barely any wifi. We’d have to go to a common area within the hotel to have wifi access. Would I stay here again? Probably not. The rooms felt more like being in a motel than in a 4 star hotel. No wifi in the rooms was a probably too. Again, staff were great. But the hotel was just ok.
