Quinta Real Oaxaca

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was amazing. Unfortunately, on the last day, our son clipped his toe in the poo. He’s a soccer player and so now he’s quite inconveniencedl. The same thing happened to two other kids. We’d like to return to this property and hope this issue will have been fixed because aside from that everything was incredible.

Great old facility feel like transported a few centuries back, beautiful hotel, great food. Did not like the lack of willingness to support a very simple request of an area to make up the girls in my family for the weeding to be held at the hotel.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. The pool is big and well maintained. The hotel staff were attentive and polite. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

It was a great experience. This has been my favorite place to stay in oaxaca due the location, staff being so attentive, amenities, etc.. we have a lot of family in Oaxaca who came to visit and it was a great experience since in other places that we have stayed at they are not as accommodating. Great experience will be staying there again on our next visit

Inform your customers if there is a wedding event at your hotel. Not being able to sleep until after 2am because of a party is not fair to the other families who stay there.

I've traveled a lot for work so I've been blessed to stay at some really great hotels many of which ones I probably wouldn't have been able to afford and I can honestly say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. First of all, how many hotels can boast they were built in the 1500s? Staying here is like taking a step back in time but with all the amenities you would enjoy today. The gardens are gorgeous, the hallways are beautifully decorated, it doesn't have a "hotel feel" but more of a historic mansion feel. For being the best and most expensive hotel in Oaxaca, it is also extremely friendly and approachable. Not stuffy at all and very family friendly. My two year old toddler ran around the spacious hallways and open gardens and loved it. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a beautiful old building and they have done a great job making the rooms comfortable: air conditioning, very comfortable beds, beautiful linens, refrigerator. Our only issue was when we arrived our large room had only one tiny window onto the street. We asked for a different room and they were happy to accommodate us. The restaurant is quite pricey, but is convenient. The pool is wonderful and we spent a lot of time with our 5 year old enjoying it. I highly recommend this for families.
