NaNa Vida Hotel Oaxaca

I absolutely love this hotel and their staff!!! This has been THE best experience I've had in a hotel ever. The staff is always making sure you have what you need and they shower you with gifts from the moment you arrive. You get an artisanal soap for each family member, mezcal, and artisanal bracelets for the kids. They have unlimited water, soda, sparkling water, and sport drinks at the front desk. Continental breakfast included every morning with fresh fruit cut every morning and orange juice squeezed daily. On departure, there are more presents, coffee beans for the guys, and an artisanal blouse for the girls. We had some minor issues with our room, but the staff was fast and efficient to solve them. We will come back on our next trip to Oaxaca!!!

Super comfy stay, very friendly staff in a family-feel property. Close to main centre attractions and surrounded by award winning restaurants within 5 min walk. Recommend.

I loved my stay at NaNa Vida Oaxaca. I was treated like family & the front desk staff (Evie, Ale, Humberto, & Christian) were awesome! The hotel is within 10-15 minutes walking distance of all the major sights in Oaxaca Centro. There are fantastic restaurants nearby & the hotel is very clean & quiet. The neighborhood is safe. I enjoyed my stay and would stay her again!
