Worst room in this kind of hotels. Bathroom door noisy and hard to open. Shower glass door leaking water to the outside floor and my sister felt. Besides the room, my sister got a rock on her food. Waiter and supervisor knew it. No more Gobernador for me. Next time will be HI or C E. Friendly people and convenient facilities. As well as Gobernador but never had these issues in their rooms. Trying to impress my family, paid for 5 stars getting a no stars hotel room.
