Plaza Hotel Catania

pros: fabio was very helpful with giving information and tips for restaurants, the hotel was clean, and a nice buffet Cons: wifi was ok, hotel is across the road from the ocean(not a beach) the beach chair and umbrellas are on the 4th floor of the hotel over looking the road and then the ocean, the air conditioning in the room was non existent(even though advertised), after 3 requests to resolve problem, A/C never worked(literally a fan blowing warm air), we were on the 1st floor facing the parking lot and had to keep the windows open at all time(which is very noisy and a little scary). I requested to pay for a room on the ocean side at a higher level but was told there was nothing that would sleep my family of 4 on the ocean side.
