Service in the morning is just as great as it used to be, but service at nighttime is horrible. It consistently takes 30 minutes to even be greeted - one night it took an hour and 30 minutes to get half melted ice-cream and pay.
We extended our stay, and the front desk lady told us we could stay in our current room, but then later that day, a different man at the front desk made us switch rooms. It was extremely inconvenient.
The property is still very nice, and the kids love the pool.
